Transfer to Gamča to higher grades is possible in exceptional cases if the legal conditions (§32 and §35 of Act No. 245/2008 Coll.) and the conditions set by the headmistress of the school are met.

Transfers to the eight-year programme are possible only from another eight-year programme. Transfers to the four-year programme are possible only from another grammar school programme.

In the first step, the child’s legal guardian submits a transfer application with the required attachments – the decision on admission to study at the current school, a photocopy of the last report card, and the current timetable (study plan).

Placement tests are determined by the headmistress of the school. The success rate of each placement test must be at least 50%, while the admission of the student is also subject to the number of available places in the classes.

Transfers to our higher grades are handled individually, so if you are interested, please contact us by email at riaditelstvo@gamca.sk.
